Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused mats in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Warehouse
Send the package back to our designated Canadian distribution center using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
