Our premium '17mm TOP CLEAN TREND® grooved rubber and cassette brush, heavy-duty aluminium entrance matting system' is versatile for recessed or surface-mounted installation. Ideal for high footfall external commercial areas, the grooved rubber effectively cleans outdoor zones (zone 1) by capturing dirt before it enters buildings. The alternating cassette brush profiles enhance cleaning by removing foot-borne dirt such as sand and grit, making it perfect for entrances with high dirt intake.

Available in customizable widths and lengths, our Top Clean aluminium mats feature an 'open structure' that directs dirt and moisture into the matwell recess, preventing further interior contamination. Fitted with advanced rubber inserts for anti-slip and noise reduction, this high-quality entrance mat ensures long-lasting cleaning performance.

Warranty

We have a 5-year warranty, with the following prerequisites:

• Guarantee for the composition of the ribbed carpet. No guarantee for wear due to improper treatment.
• Guarantee on the connection of the mat unroll once a week.
• Guarantee on the construction of the mat for normal inspection only. No guarantee for driving with piston stroke cars, fork trucks, etc. No guarantee on anodizing or logo.
• Guarantee is valid only if the surface is absolutely flat with no unevenness present.
• Exchange of aluminum profiles can be carried out only if a manufacturing fault is traceable to the producer.
• For defects we are responsible for, we are authorized to alter the mats at our facility in Weingarten, Germany.
• The mats must be cleaned before return and properly packed. The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
• The buyer must inspect the mats for defects prior to installation. Any visible defects must be reported in writing to the producer within 30 days after receiving the invoice.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To ensure the optimum performance of the mats, please read the following instructions for installation and care. Like any floor covering subject to heavy use, our Entrance Matting Systems benefit from a regular cleaning regime; the optimum frequency of cleaning depends on the specific traffic rate and the degree of soiling.

• Regular Cleaning: Clean the surface of the aluminium profile
  mat regularly with a vacuum cleaner. Set the vacuum cleaner to its
  highest setting.
• Cleaning in the event of heavy soiling: When heavily soiled, roll
  up the mat after vacuum cleaning and remove the dirt that has been
  collected in the frame.
  
• Cleaning in the event of extreme soiling: Extremely dirty matting can easily be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner. After the cleaning process, put the mat in a vertical position for quick drying. Return dried mats into the mat well. Your entrance mat will be fully functional again.
• Replacing single ribbed carpet strips: Individual tread inserts can
  be replaced when heavily contaminated or damaged. New inserts
  can be fixed into existing aluminium profiles using double-sided
  adhesive tape. Customers can replace damaged inserts themselves.

Replacement of Ribbed Carpet Strips

Bad soiling and objects such as cigarette butts and chewing gum as well as oil stains can severely impair the cleaning function of entrance mats.
For this reason, we have developed a method for replacing badly soiled ribbed carpet strips. The used ribbed carpet strips are detached from the
aluminium profile of the mat, so that residue and dirt can be removed from the base frame. A self-adhesive tape is attached to the back of the new
ribbed carpet strip, which is then fixed in position.
