Our Sports Puzzle Mats are crafted from high-density EVA foam puzzle mat material with a durable vinyl surface, giving you both comfort and long-lasting support. Designed to reduce the risk of injury, these double-sided interlocking foam mats can handle high-impact activities and everyday use — even with shoes.

Perfect for a variety of applications, these versatile foam mats are ideal for martial arts training, boxing gyms, kids’ play areas, fitness studios, and Pilates spaces. Lightweight and easy to install, each foam mat tile connects securely to create a seamless surface, making setup and adjustments simple for both home and commercial use across Canada.

Puzzle Mats are not designed to support heavy gym equipment such as weight machines, treadmills, or other heavy apparatus. We recommend using a more heavy-duty flooring solution such CM Resilient Rubber Flooring to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• 25mm: Recommended for standing fighting
• 20mm: Recommended for standing fighting with shoes

• As these are customizable based on joining together individual pieces, the Sparring Mat flooring can be expanded as needed.

The interlock design and surface pattern of the latest Sports Puzzle Mats have been updated as of December 2023.

Please note that mats ordered before December 2023 may not be compatible with the new model.
